Carly is an 8-year-old black Labrador with many years of very serious experience in caring for people. She has an intuitive sense of when someone needs a gentle pat, a walking companion, or simply a quiet presence to sit alongside. That said, Carly is discerning in her calling — she chooses carefully whom she tends to (and considers this part of her gift).
A familiar and much-loved presence at Eremia, Carly regularly attends prayer ministry and counselling sessions, where she is known for her exceptional ability to empathise, listen without interruption, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality.
When she’s not on duty, Carly can be found swimming in the sea, fetching sticks while swimming, enjoying long shoreline strolls, and soaking up extended evening cuddles from her human dad, Ron.
